Set on a fully enclosed 868 m² plot, the 160 m² home features four comfortable bedrooms and four modern bathrooms, ensuring space and privacy for everyone. A 7-minute walk takes you to the historic center of Labin with its charming cafés, top-notch restaurants, and possibly the best pizza in town. You'll also find a bustling market, supermarkets, and a shopping mall nearby.The nearest beach in Prtlog is just 8 minutes away by car, while the lively seaside town of Rabac—with its clear pebble beaches, cocktail bars, and boat tours—is only a 14-minute drive.

Upstairs on the first floor, you’ll find three additional bedrooms: one en-suite bedroom with a king-size bed, another bedroom with a king-size bed, and a fourth bedroom with two single beds and its own private balcony – perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
Please note that Villa Vito does not have individual air-conditioning units in all four bedrooms. Instead, the upper floor is cooled by a centrally positioned air-conditioning unit, designed to distribute cool air throughout the floor.
BATHROOMSVilla Vito has four sleek, modern bathrooms designed for both comfort and convenience. Each one features a walk-in rain shower, toilet, and sink. You’ll find one bathroom in the ground floor bedroom, another near the living room on the same floor, a third one on the first floor, and the fourth is inside one of the bedrooms. Plus, there’s a handy outdoor shower with hot and cold water right by the pool—perfect for rinsing off after a refreshing swim.
