Inside the one-story property enjoys an open plan living space which is furnished with a wall-mounted, digital flatscreen smart HDTV, a sofa and a dining table. This area also incorporates a modern kitchen fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, a coffee machine, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer

Please note that bigger groups, up to 10 guests, can also enjoy a holiday by booking the adjacent property ID 10860 along with ID 10835. Both properties are connected by their private gardens when booked together.

Location

The property is located in Labin a small town on the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula in Croatia. The property is approximately a 10-minute walk from Labin’s Old Town and a 20-minute walk from the commercial centre. Originally a medieval settlement under Venetian rule, Labin\'s historic centre is characterised by narrow cobblestone streets, medieval buildings and charming squares. The closest supermarket is less than a 10-minute walk away. For wine lovers, Vino Matiška winery is less than a 10-minute drive away.

The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities and exploration. Visitors can take scenic hikes or bike rides through the countryside, and explore nearby nature parks such as Učka Nature Park (a 30-minute drive) and Sentonina Staza Waterfall (a 10-minute drive). The popular seaside resort of Rabac, known for its beautiful beaches is a 10-minute drive away where guests can enjoy water sports and swimming along the coast.
