“Everything we wanted! Huge yard, spacious tiddy cottage, surrounded by nature and quiet! Great central location for exploring all the Keweenaw has to offer. We appreciate Riverside Cottage more and more, everytime we visit. (I love that you can hear the river right through your open windows at night.) Make time to walk down to the river and explore a bit. It is goregous! Reasonable rates and great host.”

“The cottage was in a great location being within a few blocks of Lake Superior and close enough to drive to Copper Harbor to Brockway Mountain Drive and Estivant Pines Nature Sanctuary. It is also close to falls a few blocks down 4th Street and the Jam Pot and Jacob Falls were just a few miles down the road.It was very comfortable and had all the amenities that you would need. It had the perfect number of beds for our group as well. It was a quiet and relaxing location and we were able to enjoy...

“This is one of the best rental houses I and my friends have stayed in. Yes it’s an older house and has been maintained. Had lots of amenities and kitchen utensils and towels and laundry detergent etc etc. Beach is just across the street. Smaller restaurants within two blocks. Host is very quick in response to any questions. 10/10 rating!! ”

“This really is a great location. It's close to various shops and restaurants. Its right next door to a grocery/ convenience store, very helpful. The house was very clean upon arrival and it had everything we needed. The owner even had some snacks set out and beverages in the fridge, which was a nice touch. The owner was very responsive to emails and questions. We will definitely be back next summer. We had a great time. ”

“We loved it here! Beautiful house, great beach, and the hosts provide everything you need for a truly fun stay. We used the paddleboards, kayaks, & sauna each day- the bay is great for paddling on the crystal clear Superior water. Amazing sun rises with a cup of coffee each morning. Comfy beds, great kitchen, spacious & bright living room, and the view is one of a kind. We wish we could've stayed longer! ”

“Wonderful house with a long history. Everything was well cared for, you can tell a lot of work went into making this home a perfect location. The central air was in excellent working order. The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed. The stairs to the bedrooms were a bit steep but not overly so. Wifi worked well. The location is perfect as a central location for beaches, hiking, ORV, and runs into Calumet or Houghton for supplies. Communication was great!”
