“Amazing rustic cottage for our couples getaway weekend! The sandy beach was perfect for games, swimming and water crafts. It was so peaceful and felt so private being on the end of a small lake. Pool table was a huge hit, along with the other indoor games provided. The check-in process was so easy and tons of parking. Would 100% come back here next year, and we hope to. ”

“Great time on the lake! We lucked out with beautify weather and enjoyed a swim every day. The cottage is rustic, but met all of our needs and more. It feels like a place that has really been lived in and loved for many years, which is really what we were looking for. Beds were comfortable and plentiful. Outdoor living space was great and indoor space was really comfortable but rarely needed. The garden is a joy with a little pond where our kids spent many trips to check the status of the frogs....

“Beautiful location with great little dock and water toys. Daily wildlife sightings. Generally quiet, however neighbours are within 15m on both sides, so noise can be outside your control. Lake is motor-free. Cottage feel as appliances, furniture, ac, etc. are all older, but everything works well. Lots of pans, utensils and glassware, which is always appreciated. Deck is marvelous, and includes 2 shaded areas: One for eating outdoors with a BBQ, and one to sit or do yoga, or whatever.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Lac Ouimet. The lawn and gardens were phenomenal and the dock was an incredible place to have a morning coffee. The water is quite shallow quite far out so it’s fantastic for kids. The kayaks were also great fun! Thank you for an excellent stay. We will be booking again soon! ”

“We had a great experience on our 3n/4d stay in this beautiful house. Great 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms space for us. Everything we needed were pretty much provided. Looking forward to coming back next week for another ski trip.”

“Check in was quick and easy. Communication with the host was efficient. There is NO POOL!! They show you a picture of a public pool offsite. (Have to drive to it) The cottage floors were dirty from a previous party. Spider webs everywhere. The pool cues for the billiard table were broken. For 2700 for 2 nights it was SUPER over priced. ”

“We just finished 2 weeks at the cottage. It was great. Cottage is very large with all the amenities needed. Volleyball/ badminton court was fun. The hot tub was very clean and well maintained. We used it everyday. Fire pit was great fun. The river leads to a lake. It’s very easy to get to by kayak, the river in front of the cottage is quite shallow. It was perfect for our dog to play in but it’s not really navigable by kayak. It is however not hard to get push the kayak to the lake. There is a...
