“The room was never cleaned and we stayed 3 nights. After the first night we asked and were promised it would be done the 2nd night, but it never happened. As well, no fresh towels or coffee replaced. The ice machine wouldn’t work and the worker said we had to kick it. We were on the 5th floor and the room would not cool off. The bathroom is so small that you have to scoot behind the door to close it, and the TP holder was hardly able to be reached. Very sad.”
