“Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse du personnel”

“The location was bereft of nearby shops or stores in an industrial area next to a freeway. There is a Tim Horton's/Wendy's about $10 away by Uber. Avoid the next door Irish Pub, service is terrible! They just ignored us for 15-20 minutes until we finally got up and left. We had planned dinner there but ended up at Wendy's. The worst thing a out this hotel are the marauding gangs of out of control children running in packs up and down the halls! They deployed hockey nets and conducted games, very...

“Right beside busy ”

“Lots of parking, clean hotel, close to downtown by a vehicle. Staff was friendly. I would stay there again!”

“Övernattade en natt, gratis shuttlebuss var 30 min till terminal som ligger nära, stort rum, relativt nybyggt.”

It cannot compare to a North European breakfast but we had bagels, yogurt, muffins, cereals and juice, and coffee/tea of course. Very nice breakfast hostess and reception staff. Now, the negative: our bathroom had been used when we entered the...

“Beautiful hotel with huge, well appointed rooms, in a fantastic location and friendly staff. My wife and daughter both have a scents allergy which we advised the hotel of in advance, but they were not able to accommodate by using unscented laundry detergent on the sheets and towels. On the morning after our first night we asked at the front desk if they could re-wash the sheets and towels with unscented detergent, but this was not done. There was no further communication from the hotel...

“It was a great hotel, clean, and quality shower products! I liked the underground parking, however did not remember reading that there was a parking fee, but that would be my only criticism. Beds were awesome, room was spacious, free breakfast! We will be back for sure 😊”

“Bra rum och bra frukost”

“Breakfast was good but expensive! Not great searing options. No extra blankets, pillows or towels even though we had 5 people (they knew we were going to use the pullout)”
