They just ignored us for 15-20 minutes until we finally got up and left. We had planned dinner there but ended up at Wendy's.
The worst thing a out this hotel are the marauding gangs of out of control children running in packs up and down the halls! They deployed hockey nets and conducted games, very...

“We stayed two nights and were pleasantly surprised by the standard. We had been warned that the neighborhood was a bit rough… We liked its proximity to Snowden metro, restaurants, grocery and pharmacy.
Beds were super comfortable and breakfast was ok. It cannot compare to a North European breakfast but we had bagels, yogurt, muffins, cereals and juice, and coffee/tea of course. Very nice breakfast hostess and reception staff.

On the morning after our first night we asked at the front desk if they could re-wash the sheets and towels with unscented detergent, but this was not done. There was no further communication from the hotel...

Väldigt bra service, receptionen tog sig verkligen tid för att hjälpa till när vi hade lite behov av hjälp. Bra bar och restaurang i en fin miljö. Bra läge i staden. Niclas och Suzanne Hellström
