### Seasonal Dock Information

Docks are removed seasonally due to changing lake levels and winter conditions. Dock systems are typically installed from approximately May 1 through October 31, weather and lake conditions permitting.

## Notes / Terms / House Rules

These accommodations are part of a larger waterfront compound-style retreat.

Parking is assigned, with space for approximately 5–7 vehicles in the designated area, including tandem parking.

If booking more than 11 months in advance, please inquire before instant booking. Approval of rates and availability is required for all reservations made 11 months or more in advance.

Peak season (June 1 – September 7) requires a one-week minimum stay with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings.

This listing includes use of one dedicated dock slip. Dock access is shared. Additional dock slips may be available for an additional fee.

Use of the docks and waterfront areas is at the sole risk of the renter. All guests must wear life jackets while on the docks or while swimming and must sign a liability waiver.

Exterior security cameras are located on the property and record both video and audio.

The number of overnight guests is limited to the number included in the reservation.

Pets are not permitted without prior approval. Additional cleaning fees apply for approved pets.

Absolutely no events or parties are permitted on the property without prior written approval.

The primary renter must be at least 30 years of age and must remain present throughout the stay.

Monthly discounts may be available during select off-season periods.
