The waterfront at this property is fabulous. There is a private sand beach with gradual sandy entry for swimming and an outdoor shower right nearby. There is also dock for (1) boat up to 22 feet in length. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered porch while you gaze out at the lake and mountains. In the evening, gather the family and enjoy each other’s company around the propane firepit at the lakeside.
Inside, the home has been completely renovated and has updated finishes while maintaining its classic lake house character. The main level has an open concept kitchen, dining area, and living room all with views of the lake. There is also a half bath and washer and dryer on the main level.
The three bedrooms are upstairs. **Please note that the stairs going to the second floor are quite steep and narrow.** The first and second bedrooms each have a queen bed, the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is one mini-split A/C unit on the main level and one mini-split unit that cools the second floor when bedroom doors are open. Each bedroom itself does not have air conditioning but each does have a ceiling fan. Rounding out the second floor is a bathroom with a stand-up shower.
The location of this home is ideal for your vacation! Walk to many great restaurants and the Weirs Boardwalk where you can catch a cruise on the Mt. Washington or even ride along on the Sophie C – the mail boat for the islands on the lake! In the evening, you’ll enjoy an ice cream on the Boardwalk – then maybe shop for some great souvenirs. Maybe spend an afternoon at Funspot, the World's largest arcade, or play some mini-golf at Pirate's Cove. Feeling adventurous? Try zip-lining down Gunstock Mountain or the Monkey Trunks ropes course at Funspot. There is so much to do that you'll wish you had booked a longer stay!
OCCUPANCY AND PARKING: the maximum occupancy of 6 people, including children, is strictly enforced. There is parking for 2 CARS ONLY as driveway space is limited. Please do not obstruct the roadway or you will be at risk of being towed at your own expense. There is not room for more than 2 cars at this property.
A non-shedding dog may be allowed at the property, depending on the size and kind and with the owner's prior approval and $200 pet fee. Please ask about bringing your dog at the time of booking.
