“One night stay. Disappointed that there was no ice available on the property. No ice machine. The front desk clerk told me that there were ice trays in the refrigerator/freezer. When I said, "They're empty", he said that was for hygiene purposes. And I had really been looking forward to my Jack Daniels on the rocks. I also think the "Free Breakfast" was a bit oversold.”

“False advertising. There isn’t a hot tub or additional pool. The pictures shown must be for a different hotel. The concessions are overpriced and the evening front desk clerk seems unhappy and careless.”
