“The "Cozy country guest suite" is perfectly named. Very cozy in a beautiful setting. We loved the surrounding trees and listening to the woodpeckers. Close to adorable downtown Zionsville. The hosts are very generous and friendly. 10/10”

Shopping and food was super close and downtown Indy was just a short drive! If I had any complaints it would be that we were only given a half roll of toilet paper for the weekend but Meijer was close for us to go get some.”

“Sunny, clean and bright. The apartment is beautifully decorated and well appointed with all kinds of amenities. We attended our son's outdoor sport event on a cold day completed with hail, snow and rain. So happy to come back to the apartment and sat in front of the fireplace in the bedroom to get warmed up. The parking in the back was very convenient and the building is well lite on the outside. Will love to come back and stay for our next visit to Purdue.”

“The property is great. Everything is in excellent condition (almost brand new). The only observation I have to make is the noises at any time of the day from the neighbors from the top floor. It would be unfair to blame the neighbors. The way the apartment was built (basement) allowed any noise, dropping stuff, moving chairs, conversations, cleaning, TV watching, laundry, or anything to be heard at our location. ”

“The property was a great place to stay in. The only con I would say there is that the upstairs residents park in the middle of both parking spots in front of the property. They did it almost everyday we stayed, with young children it makes it a little hard to park further down the street.”

“Bathroom lights were inadequate. The owners brought us bulbs but they didn’t work in the bathroom. There was no soap for the shower, no dishwasher soap and no dish soap. Dishwasher was broken. Beds were comfy but you had to walk through one bedroom to get to the other.”

“There was no Cable, or WIFI as stated in the listing. There was not running water as stated in the listing. The heating/AC unit was very poor and did not keep the house warm. There was dog hair all over the place, yet the listing stated pet free. There were leaks on the walls with brown streaks running down the walls that had not been tended to. The linens smelled as if they had not been washed. There were dead bugs all over the walls and windows in the bathroom. The bathroom and bedroom windows...

“The location was great. It felt like you were completely isolated and not in a neighborhood. At first we thought being by the railroad tracks would be a headache but we honestly found it to not be a problem and enjoyed the train horn when it came by. The rules at the end of check out were not lengthy and super easy to do.”

“We did not spend much time at this property as we were in town to visit relatives, but it worked quite nicely for our group. Everything was as described.”
