"The staff had no clue what they were doing . First problem with check in , and then they asked to check out day before … the breakfast was horrible and cold all days Only positive that it was quiet "

"A nice hotel with a super friendly owner and great staff, specially the girl at breakfast every morning. Good location and view, a bit from the town center but its only a 5-10 min walk. Theres a road just Infront of the hotel so it can be a bit noisy nighttime because of cars. But overall its great, clean and spacious room with a balcony and friendly atmosphere and staff so I definitely recommend to stay here."

"They didn’t started on top when our pre-booked shuttle didn’t showed up at airport. Waited an hour until a security guard at the airport helped us order a tricycle. Some misunderstanding between booking office and the reception was the answer, but they paid for our tricycle. It was a nice and modern hotel. Not a resort for pool relaxing because they only have few sun beds and always occupied. Even towels were few. Always in laundry was the answer. The rooms were tiny and dark. Always humid and moist. All our clothes and even bed linens felt wet. The food was tasty and good. But as in many places the service isn’t very fast. Long waiting times, from order to waiting even if they weren’t crowded. They were really keen on the allergies and made some offer to try to fix things. Even if they had spring rolls med of rice paper on the menu, of course the rice paper were out of stock they didn’t got new for our whole stay. As much others. No Cola Zero. Out of French fries and so on. They’re not quick to clean used glasses around pool area. Our tv didn’t work. They had not a great interest in trying to make it work. Our door lock same thing.. Good thing is the free shuttle to ElNido, LioBeach and the airport. Upon checkout I got the question how the stay was, my hesitation in answer and that it didn’t fulfill my expectations I didn’t got any reaction or questions how they could have done better. Don’t ask the question if you don’t want the answer. "

"Åk absolut inte hit. Titta på datumen på tidigare svenska omdömen - 2020 eller tidigare, antagligen med en annan ägare. Rummen än nedgångna, hela området är i behov av enormt mycket underhåll. Mögel i badrum, fuktskador, Ägaren otroligt otrevlig mot vissa i vårt sällskap och nedlåtande mot sin personal. Poolen har varit vacker en gång i tiden men är inte städad ordentligt. Tjockt lager alger i alla fogar - man kan dra av dem med handen. Läget är visserligen otroligt vackert precis vid havet och med fin utsikt, men hotellet ligger i i en återvändsgränd i närheten av en kyrkogård, och för att komma till hotellet behöver tricycles köra genom en trång gränd som bara ungefär 10% av dem är smala nog att komma igenom. En regnig, stormig kväll var vi tvungna att gå hela vägen tillbaka dyngsura då ingen tricycle var liten nog för att komma igenom. Detta ställe var utan tvekan lågvattenmärket bland de 6 ställen vi bodde på under en månad i Filippinerna. Undvik, undvik, undvik."

"Allt gick som förväntad från en 3 stjärnig hotell. Från service till boendet. Hotellet är cirka 8 min promenad till stranden ( restaranger och affärer ) och de olika tour kontoret. Inget att klaga på...rekommenderar detta hotell. "
