“They didn’t started on top when our pre-booked shuttle didn’t showed up at airport. Waited an hour until a security guard at the airport helped us order a tricycle. Some misunderstanding between booking office and the reception was the answer, but they paid for our tricycle. It was a nice and modern hotel. Not a resort for pool relaxing because they only have few sun beds and always occupied. Even towels were few. Always in laundry was the answer. The rooms were tiny and dark. Always humid...

“We are so thrilled by everything! Magnus, the owner went out of his way to look after us. We were a day late due to flight being delayed and couldn’t make the connection flight. We extended our stay to 5 nights ( instead of 2) because we absolutely loved the place Rooms are great, clean and only a couple of minutes tricycle drive from the lovely Nacpan beach.
