“We visited Cali and stayed at this beautiful house. We had a great time. The place was super clean, conveniently located, it had a garage which was great since we had a car. We had a great time and highly recommend it. When we visit Cali again we certainly will try to stay here again.”

He was very responsive with questions leading up to the trip and even contacted us regarding something we accidentally left in the house. Really above and beyond.”

“The property was as beautiful as in the pictures. The rooms and social areas, swimming pool and jacuzzi were spotless. The grounds beautifully kept with flowers, shrubs, fruit trees and the frequent visits of the resident peacock Kevin. Mary and Elias were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. They took excelente care of us. Richard was very helpful and quick to respond to every communication and prompt to process a refund, we got the money back on the same day. We would love to come back!”

“Great area and great apartment to stay at. Some communication was lacking since you need to call since it's not a hotel and they need to let you in. Also, no one answers on Sundays and that can be problematic. Grocery store is 2 blocks away. Many fun places to dance salsa are maybe 15 minute walks.”

“Excellent stay and staff, rooms comfortable mattresses..did not particularly like the steaming TV , would rather of had cable or satellite, only two channels in English out or 400 and no CNN. I will stay there again though since this is my 6th time staying there .”
