Pensionat i Lagoa

“Tout était parfait durant notre séjour. L'ensemble du personnel a été chaleureux, très disponible et aux petits soins avec nous. Petit déjeuner remarquable avec fruits frais, gâteaux maison et produits locaux tous les matins. Chambre impeccable, avec lit King size, frigo, coffre fort et espace agréable dont la belle terrasse, avec une grande salle de bain moderne. L'extérieur avec piscine, sauna et jacuzzi est un vrai plus, et très bien entretenu. Très calme et idéalement situé pour les...

“Fantastic staff, friendly and helpful in every way. Great breakfast. We stayed in 6 rooms out of 9 and liked the ones facing the ocean the most and those on the second floor were even further from the street and had the best view.”

“Everything was easy to find. Opening the doors with the code worked great as well as the gate. There was lots of room for parking. The breakfast was lovely and the coffee was brewed in a pot just like at home and in a nice big mug.”

“My sister and I, two 70+ y/o US travelers found The Rock to be a well located, clean, and quiet guest house. Rebeca was easy to contact and very helpful. Staff member Grace was delightful. Breakfast each day was quite good. We would certainly recommend The Rock to others.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Atlantic Home Azores. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the location is excellent — right in the heart of Ponta Delgada and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, the waterfront and the main sights. We also really appreciated the amenities, especially the well-equipped common kitchen, which was clean, organized and very convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable, welcoming and very enjoyable place to stay. Excellent value and a great...

“The bungalow was clean and very beautiful. However, we had booked it for two adults and our daughter, and the space intended for the third guest was not truly suitable for sleeping. The sofa bed in the living room was extremely uncomfortable. In addition, the lack of curtains on the front door and window, combined with two very bright emergency exit lights that could not be turned off, made the room far too bright at night. When we arrived, the pool was not safe for swimming, and we had not...

“An absolutely beautiful place to stay in Ponta Delgada! The property is so nice to arrive to. The location is very convenient with plenty of free parking available nearby. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and there are fantastic amenities throughout the property. We made use of the outdoor, but enclosed jacuzzi every day. Breakfast is included, and the quality of the food was excellent. Most importantly, was the friendly staff. Everyone who worked there was always very cheerful...

“Beautiful place to stay!”

“Great breakfast”

“Terra Nostra is just across the street. Grocery store is very close. Bus stop is close by. Secure check in with codes. Even though there’s no front desk , it’s easy to navigate as long as you come at the scheduled check in , otherwise code won’t work. If you need to use the bathroom before check in there’s football locker rooms around the corner and a restaurant”

“Nice and clean. Traffic was a bit noisy. Would of preferred a room at the back not facing the street.”

“Es tal y como se describe. Propietarios con muy buena comunicación. La estancia ha sido agradable, habitación con baño compartido pero accesible casi siempre que se han deseado usar, hay pocas habitaciones, 5, u una de ellas ya tiene baño. La casa está situada a lado de carretera, por tanto para dormir cerrar ventanas u calor, humedad y falta de ventilación, por lo demás confortable. Las zonas comunes exteriores no son utilizables. Repetiría experiencia. ”
