“Nice short stay”

“The hotel did not live up to Radisson Blu standard. There was no slippers or bathrobe in the room, and when I enquired they only replied that they were out of stock. Same when I asked for a shoe shine product “sorry we are out of stock”. At breakfast they only served plain yogurt and when I asked for yoghurt with fruit taste the reply was again “sorry we are out of stock “. When I asked for fresh fruit type apples/pears same reply “sorry we are out of stock “. I guess that they soon will be out...

“This hotel is my go to whenever I frequent Lagos!!!! The staff is good. The food is great and the beds sleep wonderful. Water is hot small deif inside every room. Caution of the two properties in this area, this is the only one that has an elevator. Great place and not expensive at all”

“4 night stay in Lagos and hotel was ideally situated for all my meetings in VI. Great food at breakfast and plenty of choice. A huge thanks to Chef Blessing for the omelette every day.”

“The reception had me wait for hours before I got my room. They said they couldn't see my booking in their system and they were not willing to help me even when I showed them my booking confirmation and receipt showing that I had payed. They did not make any effort to solve the problem and after several hours my booking showed up in their system, after that I finally got my room. Really disappointed with the lack of service and willingness to give me as a guest a good welcome.”
