“Guests started ”claiming” sun-loungers at 06:30, making it almost impossible to get a spot later. Staff in restaurants were inattentive and not very service-minded. At checkout I noticed that they overcharged one of the nights by 50 USD and also added (without mentioning it at all) a ”optional” charity donation of 1 USD per night on the room charge (not separately billed, just added to the room charge). “The Coral is a wonderful place to stay. The entire staff are so friendly and helpful.
