Sportstugor i Lagun

“We came during the soft opening. We were only the 26th guests. The resort is eventually going to be beautiful but we went during construction. Even with the construction going on the resort was very beautiful and accommodating. The food options were limited but good. For example a menu item may be available at dinner but the snack bar may have the same items available at lunch the next day. We expected this due to our booking during a soft opening. The were great at informing us of expectations...

“Remote and lovely place to stay. Having the restaurant onsite was so convenient.”

“Great service! Comfortable, clean and air conditioned room, just what I needed for a night before a flight. ”

“Bra hotell, fint läge nära bästa stranden. Vi hade ett stor fin minilägenhet med egen terass. Rent och fint, finns allt man behöver. Väldigt hjälpsam o trevlig personal. Bra mat på hotellets egen restaurang. Tur för det finns bara den och strandbaren att välja på. Restaurangen på stranden inget vidare. Tips! Hyr bil redan på flygplatsen. Du måste ha bil på curaçao. ”

“Guests started ”claiming” sun-loungers at 06:30, making it almost impossible to get a spot later. Staff in restaurants were inattentive and not very service-minded. At checkout I noticed that they overcharged one of the nights by 50 USD and also added (without mentioning it at all) a ”optional” charity donation of 1 USD per night on the room charge (not separately billed, just added to the room charge). No explanation at all was given for the extra 50 USD charge. Scam tactics that made us feel...

“- The workers say to just text them on what apps for assistance. They messages me back once and didn’t reply again for the rest of my stay .. -THERE ARE BED BEGS !!! my arms, legs & neck was bit up and a doctor confirmed that it was bed bug bites”

“Best vacation ever! Loved the property and the beach and our villa! The checkin staff was amazing! We will be back!!!”

“Superfint boende, litet och lugnt. Trevlig personal och god mat. Ligger inte nära något, så välj att bo här om du vill ha lugn och ro. Den beställda frukosten tog lite för lång tid att få, men annars inget att klaga på.”

“Nice place. Quiet and friendly staff. Safe environment.”

“Stora rena rymliga rum , fint poolområde , nära strand med perfekt snorkling . Trevlig o hjälpsam personal . Utmärkt wifi . Fin strandnära promenadstråk in till Willemstad knappt 4 km . God mat i restaurangen ”
