We are delighted to welcome you to our island home. While you are here, we kindly ask that you maintain the utmost respect for our still healing & grieving community. Please remember that precious lives were lost, childhood homes destroyed, and devastating destruction was experienced just steps away from our front doors. Lasting trauma is still felt by those affected. Please do not STARE AT, OR TAKE PICTURES of the neighborhood surrounding our property. Our neighbors are still healing and are very sensitive to visitors being in the area. Please, we urge you, be respectful of their privacy. Never walk or drive on any roads that are blocked off, or marked as "local traffic only" - this means that only residents are permitted in the area.

Welcome to our “little gem!” We are very excited to share our special space with you. Wake up to the gorgeous view of the West Side Maui Mountains, where you are guaranteed to see many full rainbows during your stay. Or, take the elevator down one level and walk through the lobby and onto the Beach that is protected by two natural reef barriers, so it’s super calm. Watch as the whales go by in the winter! Swim with the turtles! Check out the jumping dolphins!
Please keep the sliding doors shut to keep the AC running. The AC will automatically shut off if the sliding doors are even slightly left ajar. Also, if you leave for an extended period of time, the AC sensors will automatically return the set temperature to 72 degrees Fahrenheit. Note: this automatic system is set up by the HOA to conserve energy.
Aloha! We are a second floor centrally air-conditioned studio spacious for up to two guests with a cozy private lanai that allows you to view the gorgeous West Maui Mountains, from inside the condo. We have newly painted, decorated, and supplied our home away from home in paradise, the heart of Lahaina. We are very excited to share our “gem” with you! There is one pool on site as well as one jacuzzi. Enjoy the swimming pool being only a few steps away! Also, there are two gas BBQ grills with the most convenient one being right next to the pool. Cook and swim at the same time! Snorkel with the Turtles at the World Famous Lahaina Beach that is only a short walk away through the lobby!
Here are just a few amenities that we hope you will enjoy: - one cal king bed - porcelain tile flooring throughout entire condo and lanai - all new fully equipped kitchen includes new dishes, silverware, cutlery and utensils, glassware, Tupperware, pots, pans, and marble kitchen accessories, etc. - new full size stainless steel refrigerator - smart plugs - beach wagon - ice chest - beach chairs and beach umbrella - pool toys - beach toys - new 50 in. flat screen smart TV - walk-in shower - upgraded free high speed internet and cable
NOTE: AT time of check-in, Lahaina shores will charge you directly a fee of $15.00 per day for parking. I do not pay these fees nor collect these fees, on your behalf. Lahaina Shores will also charge $100 refundable credit card hold for any incidentals - like smoking or not returning the parking lot card key or the room key card.
The laundry room is on every floor just right next to the elevators.
This is a NON-smoking unit. No pets allowed. The condo is professionally cleaned per Hawaii State Laws.
