This luxurious penthouse offering combines two of the finest residences at Honua Kai to create a four-bedroom pairing perfect for any large group or family.

Konea 749 showcases stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, well above the tropical foliage of the Konea Tower interior courtyard. Located just one column back from the oceanfront, guests can enjoy views of the Kaanapali North Beach shoreline that stretch to the iconic Black Rock and beyond! Each of its three bedrooms features a king-size bed, one of which splits into two oversized twins, in addition to a queen-size convertible sofa sleeper in the spacious living area.

Directly across the hall, Konea 746 commands breathtaking ocean views from its prime 7th-floor location and is one of the largest one-bedroom floor plans available at the resort. When it's time to rest, the gentle Maui breeze will lull you into a deep slumber from the primary bedroom's king-size bed.

With more than 2600 sq ft of combined interior living space, these neighboring suites can accommodate up to 12 people, making them the perfect place for large groups or families to gather, reconnect, and celebrate.

Express your culinary creativity in each fully appointed kitchen, complete with all the appliances and utensils necessary to concoct the perfect meal or refreshment. Enjoy your meals on one of the spacious lanais or dine indoors in the climate-controlled air-conditioning. In addition, our commercial-grade Vitamix blender is well-suited to preparing creative libations or smoothies with fresh local produce.

Take pleasure in spending your days at the resort’s three-acre aquatic playground. With four separate swimming pools, a waterslide, waterfalls, fountains, and four hot tubs, there will be no shortage of options for you and your loved ones to enjoy.

When it is time for a bite to eat, Honua Kai is home to the popular Duke’s Beach House, which serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails. Duke’s specializes in serving up Hawaiian-inspired cuisine using locally sourced ingredients and freshly caught seafood. Should you wish to enjoy a refreshment by the water, poolside service is available. For coffee, sandwiches, and other grab-and-go items, including beach gear and souvenirs, visit the Whalers General Store conveniently located in the Konea Tower lobby.

A state-of-the-art fitness center is located in the Konea Tower, perfect for guests looking to maintain their workout routine during their stay.

If you wish to avoid excessive baggage fees from the airlines, consider packing lighter and utilizing the washer and dryer in the residence. Free upgraded 300 Mbps high-speed Wi-Fi is available and included with your stay. Complimentary booster seats, high chairs, and futons are also available upon request (based on availability).

Honua Kai occupies 38 pristine beachfront acres on the shores of Kaʻanapali’s North Beach, so you’ll literally be just steps away from the tranquility of Maui’s shoreline. Family Hawaii Vacation

We had a great time at Honua Kai. The property was beautiful and the rooms were very nice. We booked two separate condos for our family of 10 thinking we’d have 2 two bedroom places. However it was a 1 bedroom and a 3 bedroom. We were still comfortable but the listing was a bit confusing.
