Denna 12 våningen takvåning ligger vid Kahana Bay erbjuder spektakulär fri utsikt över Stilla havet, med öarna Molokai och Lanai i fjärran. Njut av morgonkaffe, fantastiska solnedgångar och valar som bryter under vintermånaderna från din privata lanai.

    Denna rymliga studio lägenhet har ett fullt utrustat kök, queen size Murphy säng, stor bäddsoffa och plattskärms-TV (med kabel och DVD-underhållning) i vardagsrummet, och bänk med stolar för extra sittplatser. Det finns också en bekväm skrivbord och gratis WiFi. Den stora lanai erbjuder gott om sittplatser med bord och stolar för fyra. Detta är den perfekta platsen för att äta utomhus! Denna lägenhet är inredd med ljusa och glada färger, vilket skapar en ljus strandmiljö. Det har nyligen renoverats i februari 2018 med ett friskt utseende! Havsbrisen och takfläktarna håller denna lägenhet luftig och cool. Badrummet har en duschkabin. Denna enhet kan bekvämt rymma upp till tre gäster. Njut av högt räknarkl��der och premium sängkläder.     Valley Isle Resort ligger vid havet vid Kahana Bay. Det finns alltid underbart snorkling, sköldpadda spotting och simning direkt framför denna utväg. Stranden bredden kan variera med tidvatten villkor och säsong. Bara gångavstånd är också Pohaku Beach, en underbar sandstrand! Anläggningen granne är bara några steg bort och erbjuder ett strandområde också, med en utomhuspool grillar restaurang, stranduthyrning av kajaker, snorkel utrustning och stå upp paddle boards.

    Valley Isle Resort Resort har en underbar pool med poolbassänger. Det finns också en tvättstuga som ligger på tredje våningen, receptionen ger gärna förändring för myntbetjänade brickor och torktumlare. Denna utväg är gångavstånd till många affärer, restauranger och mataffär. Det finns inga utväg eller parkeringsavgifter.

    En uppsättning Papaya Noni-schampo, balsam, kropps lotion och kroppsåp tillhandahålls. Hushållning använder stolt endast miljövänliga rengöringsmedel.

    Observera att direkt tillgång till stranden för närvarande är begränsad på grund av däckförhållanden och vinter / vårerosion. Under vintermånaderna skapar de nordliga svällningarna en tvättfri effekt på sandstränderna. Sommarmånaderna tar med sig South Swells som hjälper till med att sätta sanden tillbaka till stränderna. Orten har placerat sandsäckar samt en byggnät längs strandlinjen för att skydda stranden från ytterligare erosion. Comfortable and just right for the two of us. Close for west Maui excursions and a great launch point to see the rest of the island. Great view off the balcony for sunsets and breakfast coffee. Memorable week.

We enjoyed our stay. We really loved the view from the lanai and spent a few days at the very nearby beach. We watched sunset every night and were impressed by the nightly conch choir. Would recommend!

Spectacular views

This unit is compact but has everything you need for a perfect stay! Kitchen is fully stocked and even provides starter kit of olive oil and seasonings. The condo building is perfectly situated with restaurants and shops close by and within close walking proximity to Kaanapali, which has additional restaurants. The views from the deck are spectacular and it was the perfect place to have morning coffee as well as meals while watching the turtles and many whales. We highly recommend and hope to return again well soon.

A Perfect Stay with My Perfect Stays

This property will take your breath away. Every detail was perfect-plenty of kitchen items, beach equipment, lovey furnishings and a balcony with a view to die for. Excellent snorkeling in the warm water with direct access to the beach. The building is well-maintained and My Perfect Stays was stellar in their communications, availability, and thoughtfulness. The condo we stayed in was perfect as advertised. The ocean view from our 12th floor lanai was private, unobstructed and awesome. We watched the turtles feeding each morning down in the reef, and had mai tai drinks to watch the sunset. The condo was clean, perfectly stocked, and simple. We highly recommend it!

Maui Whale Watching Trip

The view from the balcony was amazing! We saw lots of whales, turtles and even a seal from our balcony. The property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay! One of the elevators was down and we were on the 12th floor but we didn’t have too much of an issue with it. The kitchen and bathroom could use some updating but we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Beach life

Spectacular views from the 12th floor. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook for your stay. Very nice cookware , plenty of containers for food storage it was a pleasure cooking in this very small kitchen .Beach chairs, Beach towels. Ice Chess and freezer packs to put in the ice chest, my water bottles actually had ice in them when I took them out on the beach it was wonderful. It was the perfect beach vacation thank you.

Beautiful condo!

I loved everything about this place except wasnt crazy about the pool or all the sanbags on the beach infront, made it feel kinda frumpy. LOVED the unit, appreciated all the small things there to help us feel comfortable including beach towels, dishwasher soap/detergent, tv, and of course the view is one in a million. Thank you!

Maui vacation before our daughter goes to College.

Aloha and Mahalo!! We loved the condo!! We Can’t wait to go back! Everything we needed was provided. First of all, the view we had, was Amazing!!! Nice vacation

It was a nice vacation. The unit has beautiful ocean view. We had our meals on the balcony, which was really enjoyable. There were a lot towels, and they were white and clean. The unit was not so big, but big enough for two of us. The location was ok with easy parking. The management answered questions quickly. The reason I gave 4 stars: the internet at night we arrived was down, it was fixed next morning when we called the management. It was down again the following day, and we were able to fix it. We saw long hair on the bed sheet when we came in the first day. We stayed the seven nights, the soap was not enough because we washed our hands very frequently due to COVID. Overall, we had a nice and beautiful vacation in this unit.

pros: the beach is nice and you can snorkel here and see fish. great view from 12th floor and not as scary as it sounds! guest gift, comfy bed, beach supplies including fins (appreciated), some condiments and spices left behind (appreciated), can leave lania door open and listen to ocean waves all night, quiet. ample parking and quick elevators, great location: lots of food places and food trucks, and stores close by so could get away without a car here. cons: no a/c, no a/c, i was quite hot first night and then after that we would try to keep lania slider and front door open for as long as we felt safe for a cross breeze. being on 12th floor we kept balcony open all night as concrete walls between lanais, unit doesnt have a bedroom and no w/d, for the 3 of us was a bit cramped but workable, unit does need some updating. overall i would stay here again b/c it is a great beach and location and quiet. wish they had a window a/c and a bigger bed but being on the 12th floor wasnt bad and the elevator was quick.

Perfect Maui Getaway with a FANTASTIC View!

As a single traveler this location was perfect. The studio was the perfect size for me, spacious but not too large. The kitchen was well appointed, there were plenty of towels, and if you desire even beach toys. The unit was very clean and the communication level of the property management company was perfect. The big draw for me was the lanai and oceanfront view and I was blown away. As a matter of fact, I am typing this review from the lanai this morning before check-out....I don't want to go!!!! There is no AC however I enjoyed the breeze from the Tradewinds and felt very comfortable though the days were warm. I enjoy sleeping to the sounds of the ocean. Lastly I will say that the beach and waves are amazing. This is important to me as I hear that some beaches have closed due to erosion. The pool area is a little tucked away from the beach but it is still a decent space. If you don't require a lot of space, this is the perfect property. I have nothing but great things to say, and I plan to return.

Amazingly perfect

I was a bit nervous to book because of the fires in the area but was extremely happy to have such an amazing booking . Before or arrival Perfect Stays contacted me with all the check-in in details. Once my son and I arrived on site we were in love with the location and the condo as a whole. Once in to the unit we were made to get right at home with a beautiful welcome package. The suite was beautifully decorated, The suite had an amazing view with the TV station already set to Hawaii music and it completely added to the experience. The condo came equipped with everything you might need for a great family vacation including a beach bag to use, beach chairs,a mini cooler and snorkels with fins. We enjoyed every morning on the balcony having breakfast and watching the sea life pass by. I can honestly say it was perfect for both my son and I with just enough room and we both had our own beds but also enough room to relax and move about. The only thing I will say is laundry in the building does take quarters so make sure if you want to do laundry while there to bring change because it was near impossible to find anyone that gave cash back. (But that has nothing to do with perfect stays) We will most definitely be booking here again and I've already given the information to a few friends for them as well. It's definitely worth every penny.

Great view

We normally don’t stay in our room much when we visit! However the weather was horrible! Lots of strong wind and rain. So with that being said, the view is spectacular but the overall experience in the room was average. The sofa was hard and smelled stinky. Could use a deep cleaning. The bathroom toilet was very little low with low water pressure. Very strong urine smell also even after flushing. The kitchen has very basic utensils but has most appliances. Dish soap and sponge wax provided. The room is a studio with a Murphy bed that wasn’t the most comfy but ok. I will say the room was stocked well with linens and towels and the closet had chairs, umbrella and cooler. There are 2 sets of fins 10-12 men’s and 5-7 female and 2 full faced masks. I wouldn’t book again but overall it was ok but definitely not a 5 star.

Peaceful bliss

My husband and I needed a simple, beautiful, peaceful and inspiring break from day to day without the crowds, without the “sell” at every opportunity. We chose the Valley Isle for location, to support independent local business, to enjoy our visit without the busyness of a modern, busy resort. We chose a studio on the 12th floor that looked directly out to the ocean, sun rises and sunsets. Our time was simple, private and unencumbered. Front staff was courteous and kind, informative and efficient. The area has multiple places to dine and enjoy the area. The trolley was a great and inexpensive way to allow us to move along the coastline and visit other resorts or shopping. The views from the balcony provided some of my favorite and best photographs during day or moonlight. The apartment itself was comfortable and fine for a studio. We cooked while there and enjoyed time along the beach capturing sea turtles with the camera as they lay out on the sand. At sun down people/families gather along the sea wall waiting for the setting sun followed by a conk shell sounding out at sunset. Really just lovely in so many ways and so simple, unencumbered the whole time. The hosts keep beach chairs and other items available for guest to use at the beach. If the beach isn't your thing there is a pool as well as outdoor grilling stations. Kitchen is lightly stocked with cooking elements like oil, salt,… the little things that you don't want to buy and leave. The apartment seems ready for some light sprucing/updates as it is likely a favorite place and gets a lot of use. The less than 5 stars review reflects a recommendation to update and improve textiles and floor treatments to maintain a beautiful apartment.
