"Perfectly located hotel a few minutes walk straight from the train station and near nice cafes and restaurants. Standard rooms, standard service and big breakfast. No bar or lounge rooms but cute little details like good night stories and a small gift if you choose not to have your room cleaned every day. I would stay there again and do recommend. "

"What a disappointment this hotel was!!! I agree with many other travellers that this is not a 4 star, at most 2.5. I actually asked them in the reception, are you not a 4 star as we were informed on Hotel.com? Answer: We don’t have any stars… So for me as a customer, I feel this booking site is using false advertising to get me to pay for something that does not excist? They mention ’Gastronomi’ on their website, but we were told the restaurant was not open as they could not get staff ??!! but it was packed with a corporate function? Asked for a glass of ice to bring to our room as there were no bar either - and she looked at me as I was coming from Mars…The shower was the smallest I ever seen, but the room size ok. The only good point about this hotel was the location. By this, I don’t mean the outside that was very trashy, but close to an elevator across the street that took you to old town. It was also close to Botanical Garden which is good if you are travelling with dogs as we are. But sooo expensive for what it was so don’t waste your money!"
