âVery spacious room and okey interior. Loved the balcony and having a kit ca en in the room. But why not have a dishwasher? Who want to do dishes while on vaccation?
Hotel is waterfront. But water was muddy and did not add anything to the experience.

âVĂ€ldigt trevligt hotell men ganska lĂ„ngt ifrĂ„n shopping och andra restauranger. Rymliga rum med allt man kan förvĂ€nta sig. Fin pool och ett trevligt spa med bastu och stor bubbelpool. Enda besvikelsen var att det var nĂ„gra hundra meter till stranden utan nĂ„gon barnvĂ€nlig gĂ„ngvĂ€g. I övrigt toppen.â

Trevlig och hjĂ€lpsam personal, hyrde ut sina cyklar sĂ„ vi kunde cykla runt och titta pĂ„ det vackra omrĂ„det vid havet, fina cykelvĂ€gar. Rummet och badrummet ok. TyvĂ€rr anvĂ€nde vi ej ute-grill platsen eller poolen.â

âFront Desk are very helpful - I was a late check in, and arrangements were made in advance, and it was a very easy process. At the same time as I was checking in late, I saw Front Desk helping out another hotel customer who was a late check in due unexpected flight delay - they went out of their way to be helpful and supportive of the late arrival, and should be commended for that supportâ

âStayed at the Ballina Byron Islander Resort while in town for a wedding. Rooms were spacious & clean and had all the amenities we needed. Would stay here again but would recommend you have your own transport as you are a bit out of the centre of town. Staff were very friendly & helpful especially Trudy on the front desk. â

âThe apartment is amazing. Very modern and large. Very close to the beach. There were two things that could be improved:
1) check in instructions should be provided beforehand. We arrived after reception office hours and freaked out a bit as it's closed. Called the local numbers but went to answering machine. I saw there was a mobile number and I called there. Good thing it was picked up and advised where the keys was. They could've advised me beforehand how to get the keys in advance.

âThe motel is conveniently located along a main road and offers parking. There isn't much to do in the city itself but it's perfect for an overnight stay for further journey the next day. Clean and spacious room. â

âRecommend 100%! Love this hotel. So friendly owners/staff, clean room and bathroom, and very nice beds. Would stay again. If you're going to Byron Bay it's a 45-60min with bus, costs a feel dollars. Easy to get there. Time flied fast because of the view from the bus.
Information centre, pool, waterslides and a small beach across the street.â
