Home was spacious but definitely needed a better cleaning job. I’m not usually too picky, but the cleaners clearly did a rush job. There were many stains on sheets/pillows/comforters, two of the beds had hair and crumbs on the sheets and we needed to wash them before sleeping, it was gross. When looking for bedding for the trundle bed, I found a linen closet full of dirty and stained bedding shoved inside, some was even wet - all was unusable until we ran the laundry. There were plenty of dishes but only 4 adult forks and 1 baby fork in the house, so we bought some plastic ones and left the extras for the next guests. Kitchen was clean but some of the floors and stairs were dirty, under beds/couches we found trash. The kitchen sink had hot water, but both showers barely got warm. There is a path behind the house for a 10-minute walk to the Village, but it’s steep and more of a hike - we enjoyed it but it’s not for strollers or non-hikers. Overall it was nice to have plenty of bedrooms for our group, and we enjoyed the location, but I can’t recommend based on the dirty bedding and cold showers.
