“We enjoyed our stay overall, and the location was wonderful. Being surrounded by the forest made for a peaceful setting, and it was a great home base for exploring the area. There were a few things that could be improved. The dogs next door barked every time we returned to the cabin and also woke us up some mornings at 6:00 a.m. The cabin could also have been stocked a little better. While I realize the listing probably noted there wasn't a dishwasher or microwave (I simply overlooked it), and I...

“Hi, I’d like to actually request a half refund considering the state of the home. There was no AC, in the middle of summer when temperatures outside reach the 90s meaning temperatures inside were in the 80sIt was incredibly uncomfortable, almost unbearable. If we had booked for a 2nd night we wouldn’t have been able to stay there. Not only that, it was dusty and dirty. It looked like no one had been there to clean for months. There were old tissues and trash left behind the bedside tables and an...

“Cabin is very nice. Plenty of towels and dishes to cook with. Beautiful views. The back deck needs to be sanded and re-finished. To avoid pain chips and splinters in peoples feet, as well as the handrail walking downstairs towards the laundry room and driveway. Otherwise a very nice place to stay. Shower is amazing.”

“The cabin was accurately described. It had a lot of character. There were TV's in every room, including the office. In a sort of 2nd living room, there was a very, very big smart TV. The TV's we used had a variety of free, Roku-delivered content. My wife loved the hammock hanging in the back of the house. There was a particularly comfortable chair in the owner's office, along with a full desk setup. The cabin is located well, very near a lot of restaurants and stores. The street and neighbors...
