Two more bedrooms, a second full bath, and a laundry room with extra storage complete the lower level. Set on a quiet street just a short walk to the lake and a 10 minute drive to the Village, this is the ideal location to feel tucked away while still being close to everything Lake Arrowhead has to offer. LAKE ACCESS: YES! All our guests get lake access. We have recommendations on the best little beaches, and an option for a private boat tour.



Other Things to Note:

This home is great for guests with limited mobility! There is level entry to the front door, and we have a main level primary suite with en suite bathroom. The kitchen, dining, expansive deck, and living room are accessible without use of stairs.
