“We loved this property for our girls getaway. So modern and fun for all ages. When we weren’t exploring, we spent a lot of time in the party room, playing bean bags, by the fire pit, and sitting in the hammocks. The items that were supplied were excellent to make our own food. The fire pit was so easy to start! It was a wonderful time with family! ”

“We came to lake city for a family boating vacation. This house is in a great location. It is walking distance to downtown lake city and the Marina. The house is very roomy on the inside. The finished garage is a great gathering place. The deck is very secluded for hanging out. The bedrooms are all very spacious with great sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is one of the most stocked with items that I have seen at a vrbo, Thank you for letting us stay at your house.”

Worked well as a vacation spot for the family member who needed to be at Mayo for appointments one of the days—less than an hour drive away. The deck was lovely for evening meals, sunsets, and visits. Would definitely stay here again. ”

Park near by. Steps are steep so not great for older people.Property manager responded in less than 1/2 an hour.”
