Although we didn't use the amenities there such as the fire pit and the hammocks, it pretty much had everything we needed for a somewhat rustic weekend. I did like that the code to the door was just texted to us so we didn't have to really check in at any given time. “We stayed here for a girlfriends 3 night weekend get away. We really enjoyed Vern's cabin !!The cabin had everything we needed. It is very peaceful and serene there. We really enjoyed the patio for coffee in the morning, the fire pit at night, and watching the river. We saw & heard lots of birds, eagles & Blue Herons....Bunnies and a big turtle too. The cabin is not fancy but it is perfect for a get away. Redwing is right there and we had a lot of fun shopping, eating out, and checking out...

The house had an open kitchen-dining room with comfortable couches in the living room. Three bedrooms meet the sleeping needs for the 5 of us. Only one bath worked out- no lingering.We enjoyed the trails and cool swimming beach at nearby White Water State park. ”

“We had a wonderful time staying at this property on a sister's trip! It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL, clean, and full of all of the right necessities. The hot tub was spacious for 4 people, and a GORGEOUS view - we felt like we were in the smoky mountains. We had a somewhat last minute change to our length of stay, and the host was very gracious and accommodating. I would 10/10 recommend this property.”

“This property was perfect for a quiet unwind with the family. We were in the area for a family reunion with events in the nearby towns and stumbled on this place perfectly fit between all the events. It was above expectations with a ton of living space, comfy sleeping arrangments, and a lovely porch for the end of the days events to relax and enjoy the sounds of the country. Throw in the great host - just a really positive stay.”
