“Tim and Maria were great hosts and were very welcoming. The cabin was perfect for our last minute trip. We loved that we could bring our side by side and use it to travel to both the Sante Fe River and Ichetucknee River. We enjoyed using the kayaks on the Ichetucknee. The location of the cabin is secluded and the outdoor space was amazing. We enjoyed sitting outside watching the bunnies and deer in the yard.”

“This was an experience like no other. During the time we stayed, we felt that we were totally immersed in a bayou setting. It was amazing All of the sounds that you could hear at night on the back screen porch. I almost wanted to record those sounds so that I could take them back home with me. Everyone in our party Had a great time. The location is an excellent spot for visiting the springs we were able to visit two Springs in one day without too much driving. We are definitely saving this...

“Very lovely Tinyhouse on a beautiful farm. We had a minor issue when checking in but the host, Chelsea, was very quick to correct the problem. We traveled with our 2 dogs and loved the house. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Location was the primary attraction. We were in town for a family holiday within close proximity to the rental. The tiny house has everything you need to feel at home. We slept well. Enjoyed coffee on the deck. Watched the river slip by.”

“Private and peaceful”

“Every amenity was provided! The outside of the house is appealing but the inside will surprise you with beautiful woodwork and farmhouse fixtures! The beds are heavenly to sleep on and the AC cools the large space incredibly well! We had the best time ever!”

“Clean, very comfortable. The only issue we had was with the water heater - it had a problem of some sort & the water wasn't very hot.”

“Really enjoyed the stay. Location is close to Three Rivers neighborhood where we have family events. Does not have a dishwasher but was not an issue for us as we did not cook there or eat meals.”

“We just loved it here. The cute little cabin Sheds were perfect size . Didn’t realize the bathroom was in another cabin shed but after the whoops of shock we loved it. The outdoor bathtub and shower is a a fantasy come to life. We enjoyed the spring down the road. Rum 183 although if you are chatty sit away from others , they take the entertainment serious. But overall exactly what we want a quiet piece of heaven for a quick weekend trip.”

“The property is amazing! Very well maintained, quiet, and peaceful. Loved the cabin and it’s decor. Very cozy and had the comforts of home. Our family that lives in Mayo, FL (near the cabin) has atvs so we were able to take advantage of the trails across the street from the cabin. The river was flowing super fast due to the weather so we weren’t able to fish or kayak but we still had a blast! We would definitely recommend this place and cannot wait to come back!!”
