âFront desk got us in a little early with the first room available after a full previous night. Called to check in on us. Comfy beds, good shower and friendly staffâ
âThough an older motel that might seem faded at first, the rooms have been redone and provide a really great nightâs sleep. What seemed to be a new bed with a sturdy mattress made it a very comfortable stay. And, although on a somewhat busy street, it was remarkably quiet. Staff busy, but responsive. I didnât swim, but others seemed to be enjoying the pool. No complaints. Clean, no frills.â
âLoved the location!! Great amenities. They stored our bikes in luggage hold for easy access to ride. Oliverâs beer garden and mini golf were nightly highlights! Didnât use the pool because we were going to beach. â
âWhat a lovely place to spend the night! Quiet little cottage with a comfortable bed and good reading light. Really enjoyed watching the sunset and walking the steep stairs down to and up from the lake. The town of North East is nearby, although I stayed on my cabin porch and adjacent picnic table for dinner. I would definitely return.â
â This is one of the best Hampton Inns we have ever stayed in. Everything was spacious from the room to the breakfast area. Check in and out was fine with great staff. It was a very good stay. Only negative was the hot hallway on the 4th floor.â
âWas pleasantly surprised how clean and literally cool the building was. The halls all had air and the rooms, nothing felt stuffy. Beds were clean and actually comfy! Remotes could use changing Iâm sure in more than the room I stayed lol but all was well otherwise â
