“The room felt neglected. The bed was rigid and had significant sag to it. Couldn't get into any comfortable positions. The air handler was very loud and squealing. We had no water overnight in the first night of the stay in our room. I do understand that it was very cold outside, however our plumbing lines were run inside the bathroom walls . Ultimately, we did not stay the weekend as planned and left overnight during the first night.”

“The heat/AC system would pump out very cold air for 5 or 10 minutes before acually heating. I was pretty sure when I booked this stay it said there was breakfast included. All they had was coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.”

“On-going construction limits room choices. No elevators on site, or coffee maker in room, ice maker difficult to locate. (Never did)The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Good budget stay.”
