“It did take a little longer than expected to check in because our room wasn't ready when we arrived, but besides that everything was fine. The streaming options on the TV were the best I've seen in a hotel. Solid place to stay.”

Our kids were downstairs with us parents until about 10:30pm on Friday night and they were being a little loud and the front desk employee kept giving dirty looks and then came over to the adults and told us they need to calm down. Thats fine and we made the kids go to bed, but on Saturday evening there was a party in the meeting room and they were playing loud music that could be heard on the second floor where another teammate's family was staying. “We got the 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for a family traveling. The continental breakfast is not much, but available. Location is good, just a short drive from some really great food in the area. ”

“When looking for a place to stay in Fayetteville, everything was too expensive for my short trip so I chose The Star on Spring in Springdale which is literally down the street. It was so convenient! The hotel is on a side street in a cute town square area. Plenty of food options and shopping in walking distance. The hotel check in is easy with a code to the front & back door as well as the room. The hotel was very clean and stylish and looks fairly new. No windows inside the room made sleeping...

“I can’t give this hotel anything positive than the location. Dirty, old, bad service and nothing good at all to say. We checked in late and was given two light balls to change ourselves we the bedding lamps wasn’t working. Day two we didn’t get our cleaned, we had do not disturb on our door until 10.30 am…! Then we we out all day. Had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels. If you aren’t in Springdale to literally sleep 7 hours and then on the road again, I wouldn’t stay here. ”

“This is not a fancy upscale place. The price is appropriate. We just needed a place to sleep for the night. Our rooms were clean, shower had plenty of hot water. the water pressure was good, and the AC worked great. The beds were comfortable. They only had a grab bag for breakfast. We opted for a Whataburger just down the road. Maverick is the place to go for fresh ground and brewed coffee. If I am in this area and need a room for the night, I would stay here again.”
