Absolutely amazing beach house! The home was beautiful, the pool and hot tub were incredibly clean, and the peacefulness of the neighborhood made our stay even more relaxing. We had such a wonderful time here with our family — it was the perfect getaway. Also the Host was very nice and friendly! Highly recommend

Havasu Happy

We enjoyed the house and the surrounding area. All the appliances worked well and the beds and linens were comfortable. Hiked some great trails (SARA Crack, Cattail cove, mesquite, Kaiser springs) and enjoyed the restaurants (hangar 24, lighthouse lounge, Arizona rebel republic, Foundry, mudshark, just to name a few ).

Fun place to stay

This house has everything needed for a lovely extended stay in Havasu. It was clean and had a pool with hot tub. The owner was prompt with answers to any questions we had. We loved the quiet location. Thank you for sharing your home.

We come to Havasu several times a year and always rent a home for our stay. This was by far the absolute best house and experience we’ve had. Everything was perfect.

Truly felt like we were at a beach house.

This place was great. It really felt like we were at a beach house. The decore was nicely done. The place was clean and organized. The pool and back yard felt really homey. Thanks again cant wait to come back.

Comforts of Home

Huntington Beach house has everything you need for a getaway to Lake Havasu. Plenty of parking for toys, outdoor games and plenty of pool floaties! Inside the home is a beautiful t beach/lake theme with comfy beds, great gathering spaces and board games. We can’t wait to go back next year!

Beautiful home!

Our stay was wonderful. The house was decorated in beach decor and very clean. Unfortunately we were not aware the pool was not heated and there were some issues with the hot tub. The host was quick to respond to any concerns. Overall a great stay. We would recommend this property.

I would likely stay here again

nice place to stay, but missing minor necessities, eg: toothpicks, scissor, very little coffee, metal flipper for BBQ, could not get outside tv to work, pool pump quite the last 4 days and no one came to fix it We stayed at this place for the use of pool and hot tub alone so when we could not use it, it is disappointing. it was very nice we could use the garage to park car in on the hot days. Overall the place is very nice and would stay here again

Fishing vacation

We rented the Beach house for a fishing trip. My husband and I hoped to catch the Redear Sunfish spawn but were about one week too early. We loved the location for launch, groceries, gas stations, etc. Sam is a great host. The property was spotless and decorated so attractively. My husband and I are already talking about booking the Beach House for next year!
