“I never leave reviews but this place is special. It's a perfect getaway, especially if you have teens! Very roomy with lots of personal space for everyone with big beautiful TVs throughout. The game room had something for everyone and the pool/jacuzzi & fire pit with view of the river rounded out what turned out to be a spectacular weekend for my family. Highly recommend!!!”

“Beautiful and clean place with everything that you need. It’s close to the lake, grocery and convenience stores. Great place for family vacations.”

“We had a wonderful time, The house was very clean and perfect for our small group to stay. We enjoyed having a nice place to come back to after being out on the water all day. Overall great experience. The neighbors are also very nice and friendly”

“Excellent family house on the lake side of the 95, north Havasu. Quiet neighborhoods. We should have brought our buggy; it’s nestled right up to the perfect spot to off-road. Lots of beds, bathrooms and space. Clean kitchen & living areas. Pool was wonderful. We had a great family week in this home.”
