“Desert Escape” is a large 3-bedroom pool home located in the South Central residential estates area with plenty of room for parking and close to the Lake! Recently remodeled and fully furnished home is awaiting your arrival. Enjoy your morning coffee and/or cocktails in the evenings either indoors or outside. Backyard has plenty of sitting areas with swimming pool, room for games, fire pit, and BBQ ready for grilling.Just a few blocks away from McCulloch St., and close to Albertsons. There's plenty of room for family and friends to relax, renew, and indulge in some Arizona sunshine.

Hous in time check in is not prepared 5 pm temperature is 87 degrees / A/c unit underside took 14 hrs to drop to 76 degrees with outside temperature 116 degrees the management explained the person the person forgot to get and com be four rental check in and turned on a/c , in the master bedroom small mini split we can’t turn on without coming to management and they asking us to come out of the bedroom and she secretly turned on A/c mini split/ so after road trip 6 hrs we inspected relux in cool off house/ we step in in the oven and have risk get heat stroke.

Beautiful House in a Wonderful Neighborhood

My wife and I booked this house for a long weekend at Lake Havasu with our three sons. The booking process was simple and Michelle was extremely responsive to all our questions about the property. On our day of arrival everything went as smoothly as possible and the house was ready in every way. We brought our boat from San Diego and there was plenty of room to park our F-150 with the boat trailer attached. The house was nicely stocked will everything you might need for your stay and there's a very complete binder with instructions for everything as well as listings for fun things to do in the area. The house is absolutely beautiful as is the neighbor it's located. It's very central (a few minutes) to downtown and equally close to multiple local boat ramps. We didn't have any problems during out stay, but if we did I have a feeling the local property manager would have been very responsive. Check-out was equally simple and went smoothly. My wife and I were very happy to find this property and hope to come back soon. Thanks Michelle!

Things to know Beware

First of all don’t stay here if for any reason you decide to have anyone over other then who you put down on list … you can’t any day visitor at all .. also Don’t stay here if you want to be watched there are cameras in front and in back watching your every move a bit creepy!! I didn’t even use the pool due to me having my grandkids under 16 and I felt creepy that the cameras were looking over the pool and watching them . The owner stated that they turn off when home is being rented.. I don't think so everytime I left the home or returned the red light were on the whole time watching … I had my grandkids come over for the Day to swim and owner texted me immediately telling me that no one other then 8 people can be there that she was gonna loose her license and that she new of them being there cause Nieghbor complained . The temperature was 120 degree outside nobody was outside .. we weren’t making any noise other then normal talking as we walked from car to house , I told her that they weren’t staying the night and she said they can’t even be there at all and then she mentioned that there are other public places to swim . I had my grandkids leave cause I didn’t want to cause any problems . I also told her of all cameras especially in the back and neighbors spying on us just too creepy for me. Also pool equipment that has a cord can’t be removed our you will be charged $500 , mind you that you can get tangled in cord and drown .i can go on of complaints but wont allow to doc

Wonderful!

Look no further than this home...we had been staying at a different house the last couple of years until they raised their prices considerably. We are extremely happy with this house and all it offers: tv's in all rooms, plenty of seating in the living room, well stocked kitchen with spices and cookware, beautifully kept backyard and pool, easy to operate bbq, GIGANTIC master bedroom, plenty of pantry space for dry goods (which has been a problem at other properties) very nice and roomy laundry room. Very happy and highly recommend this home, thank you Michelle!

Great Family Gathering Home

This house was great for our family trip to Lake Havasu city. Great neighborhood, lots of space with a large kitchen, huge master bedroom and bath and a really great TV room to settle in at the end of a busy day. Lovely outdoor space and pool, although we did not opt to heat the pool water, so it was too cold to swim in during April.

This beautiful home made our trip to Lake Havasu a great one.

The home itself was immaculate and made it real easy for my wife and son to feel comfortable as if we were in our own home. Everything is updated from the furniture to kitchen and bathrooms. We also enjoyed the pool very beautiful backyard. Just an overall gem. We go to Havasu every year and look forward to staying here next year!!

Immaculate and Well-Appointed!

This property is immaculate and very well appointed! My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property! The living room/great room is open and airy. There is a nice cozy sitting area off to the left of the entryway. There are two dining tables (one in a dining area between the sitting area I just mentioned and the kitchen and the other is off the kitchen near the laundry room). If you walk to the right after entering the home, you will see the "alcove" on the left with a sofa bed. There are two cozy bedrooms - well decorated and inviting - with comfortable beds. The 2nd bathroom is also located in this "wing" of the home. The living room/great room is open and airy. I love the accent walls and the furniture is comfortable. The master bedroom is spacious and comfortable. I love that the toilet area is closeted in the master bath. I also love the walk-in shower. Neither of us used the large jacuzzi tub, but we loved the double sinks/countertop. There is a large walk-in closet and a comfy sitting area/office area when I needed to get away from the family for peace and quiet. The kitchen is open, spacious and incredible with lots of counter space! It was very well-appointed, stocked and equipped! I baked four birthday cakes during our stay and brought my own hand mixer, grinder and blender. While I probably didn't need to bring my blender, I am glad I brought my hand mixer and grinder (I wouldn't expect a grinder anyhow). Again, very well equipped and well-stocked kitchen! The backyard and pool looked very inviting, but sadly we did not use it. When it's really hot in Havasu, sometimes the pool's water temperature doesn't cool down enough to refresh you. Nevertheless, it is still an appealing area of the home. I would most definitely recommend this property! the only two drawbacks that I was not crazy about was that a) the garage was not available for us to park our vehicle {but it's not a deal-breaker} and b) I wasn't crazy about the 9:59am check-out time.

Not your typical rental home

This home is absolutely beautiful. It is not your typical generic rental. This home is well appointed and thoughtfully decorated. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool area is perfect for relaxing on those hot days.

Plenty of space!

Pros: - Location was central to everything, but far enough to not deal with traffic. - Plenty of space for 6 adults and one child - Everything was clean and SO much kitchen stuff- pots, pans, cutlery etc. - Right down the street from a park for the kiddos Cons: - Check In/ Out Instructions unclear- Email Vs binder left at property. Extra keys were not left where instructed, propane was empty and we were advised WE needed to bring it somewhere to refill - I've never paid a cleaning fee to have to do the laundry for the property(sheets, towels etc.), and we have all stayed at several rental properties Overall was a great rental some minor issues, but we all enjoyed our stayed! Thank you for having us.
