The first bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, complete with a closet and dresser for storage. Great use of space!

Check in/check out process was simple. Great use of space. Not a huge living area, but able to sleep 7 was a plus. Enjoyed being close to the London Bridge area and easy access to the lake. Overall, enjoyed our stay here and will definitely use it again!

Great hosts

Jay and Desiree were the perfect hosts. They sent us so many great ideas for activities for the family while we were there. Treated us to a bottle of Champaign for the New Year. They were incredibly accommodating throughout the stay.

You will not be disappointed with this lovely property. Everything is clean and super well stocked with everything you would ever need in this home away from home. Jay is very quick to respond with any questions or concerns and was a joy to work with. My only complaint would be that the queen bed has a very loud squeak. I’ve never heard anything like it. But it definitely wasn’t a dealbreaker.

Trip to the sunflower house

Jay was an amazing host. Unbelievably easy to get ahold of. Super I’m the know about things and events going on around us. He even offered to buy us breakfast. He was extremely kind and just the best host we could have asked for. As for the house, it was everything we expected and more. Beautiful, clean, cozy. Looks just like the pictures. It had everything you need for a stay.

Location, location, location!

The location of this rental can't be beat. It's within walking distance of London Bridge, London Bridge Beach, Rotary Park, restaurants, Safeway, Walgreens and Starbucks, which is at the end of the street. The neighborhood is quiet. Hosts are terrific to work with!

Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Description stated it was a house when it is really a house split into three apartments. Two had nice patios ours was a gravel back yard with very bad lawn furniture. Looks like it may be a work in progress. Overall served our purpose

Excellent Set-up..Great Experience..Be Back Soon!

We stayed here for two nights and loved it (wish it could have been longer). The owner was super communicative with getting us checked in and provided some key tips (eg nearby boat-ramps and some fun places to check out). We had a chance to meet the owners on our check-out day and they were really nice, down-to-earth and very welcoming. The actual place is new, very stylish and impeccably clean (all keys to make a great stay). Plenty of room in the front room with a huge dinner table. Large and beautiful bathroom, comfy master-bedroom and a bunk-bed in 2nd bedroom that my son cannot stop talking about. Tons of food options were nearby and Starbucks is just a five minute walk away. Simply put, we loved it. Will definitely be returning soon.

Havasu's got sunshine on a cloudy day when staying at the Sunflower property. The brightness and cleanliness of this property is sure to convince you to return. Our family truly enjoyed time time spend at the property, it was comfy and cozy. Close to the London Bridge and Starbucks. Perfect place to stay and plan to return.

Great place close to Lake Havasu, family friendly!

This rental was the perfect place for my family of 4 ( our two toddlers did great here) to stay on our trip to Lake Havasu City. London Bridge and touristy shops, food, and grocery stores all close and walking distance. The Rotary Park is walking distance which was great for the kiddos and Lake Havasu State park is a super short drive. House had everything we needed to cook meals in. Rooms were comfy and bathroom well stocked with anything you might have forgotten at home. Would recommend for a family or friend get away. The host, Jay, was quick to respond to any communication and checked in the morning after we got there to make sure we had everything we needed.

The location and house itself was perfect for us and our small kids. Within walking distance of the bridge and many other restaurants and shops, and very sleek and clean inside. Would definitely stay again next time we visit!
