The home features three bedrooms, including a spacious primary suite with a private bathroom and lake views. The additional bedrooms share a full bathroom, making the home ideal for families and groups.

The fully equipped chef`s kitchen includes full-size appliances, quality cookware, and everything needed to prepare meals. Enjoy complimentary coffee and tea with a dual Keurig that brews both single cups and full pots.

Unwind in the living room with a 75-inch Smart TV, board games, comfortable seating, and a queen sleeper sofa.

The backyard is the perfect place to end the day. Soak in the private hot tub while enjoying lake views, gather around the fire pit, grill on the BBQ and smoker, or dine outdoors under the Arizona sky.

Bringing your toys? Our property offers rare gated RV and boat parking with a wide 13-foot entrance, making it easy to store your boat, trailer, jet skis, or off-road vehicles.

Traveling with children? We provide a Pack `n Play, high chair, children`s toilet seat, and coloring books.

Need to work remotely? A dedicated workspace, high-speed WiFi, and a network printer make extended stays easy.

Cleaning
Your stay includes a professional cleaning before arrival. Want a refresh during your visit? Mid-stay cleanings are available for a fee equal to your original cleaning charge—just let us know!

Checkout Checklist
Before you go, please: Gather used towels, Wash any used dishes, Take out the trash, and Return the garage remote
~ Extra dirty? An additional cleaning fee starting at $100 may apply.
~ Damage anything? We understand things happen. Let us know so we can work together on the repair or replacement. We kindly ask guests to cover the cost.

Quiet Hours
Community quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM daily. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors and keep volume levels peaceful inside and outside of the house at all times. Its best practice to close all windows and doors at night to help keep sound inside. Noise complaints may lead to booking cancellation (no fun for anyone). To help with this, we use Minut to measure decibel levels in common areas and let you know if you are being too loud. Violations including neighbor complaints may result in up to a $250 fee.

HOT TUB USE & CARE 🌴💦

We’re so excited for you to enjoy the hot tub! Please help us take care of it by following these simple guidelines. They’re here to help keep you and everyone in your group safe, keep the water clean, and make sure the hot tub stays in great condition for you and future guests.

Before getting in, please rinse off, especially if you’re wearing sunscreen, lotion, body oils, or other products. These can create lots of foam and buildup in the water.

Please don’t add anything to the water, including soaps, oils, bath bombs, food, or drinks.

And yes, we have to say it 😂 Please, please don’t pee in the hot tub! It can quickly affect the water chemistry and may mean we have to drain, clean, and refill the entire tub.

No glass in or around the hot tub, and please make sure children are supervised at all times.

When you’re finished, turn off the jets and put the cover securely back on. Please leave the hot tub itself powered on so it can continue its normal filtration and circulation.

If the hot tub is left excessively dirty or contaminated and requires additional cleaning, draining, refilling, chemical treatment, or filter cleaning, an additional cleaning charge of up to $150 may apply, depending on what is required.
