  • You will love this close to the lake home. 6 minutes from Windsor boat launch, with a very easy drive to house. Perfect to tow your boat to.. Incredible private back yard with heated pool and ample seating areas. Boat parking, 30 foot deep garage. Fully stocked and beautiful kitchen with a coffee bar that includes a Keurig that makes both full pot and single cup servings and a Ninja blender for fun summer drinks. Smart tv’s. Oh, also, very private back yard, lol.. BBQ, huge umbrellas, roller shades, loungers, pub table, cooler. Stroller, high chair, pak-n-play.. Everything you’ll need should be there. If not, just let us know and we’ll see what we can do! Two ring doorbells only on the front of the house, total privacy in the backyard. The VIEWS from the backyard are absolutely incredible. Wonderful winter getaway

The property is in a great neighborhood. It has a nice view of Lake Havasu and we saw some beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is very well-stocked. The pool was immaculate and there was plenty of seating options on the patio area. It was the perfect place to spend a month away from the Michigan winter.

We loved the house and Joe was a great host. We had plans to go and explore but decided to stay in. We had the pool which made it convenient. The only problem we had was that the umbrellas didn't work. Everything else was great. I would recommend this home to anyone.
