Relax and work on your tan at this spacious North Lake Havasu City home. Large private backyard, Pool with Baja shelf, covered patio with plenty of seating. Detached Game Room with 1 up arcade games and Poker table 55” smart tv.

The kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and stocked with all basic cooking equipment. Enjoy the comfortable living room with all of your favorite shows! Each room is tastefully decorated, and has comfortable bedding for a great night sleep.

We are less than 3 miles from Lake Havasu State Park and Windsor Beach with boat launch access. Where you can enjoy boating and swimming. We are less than 5 miles to World famous London Bridge we’re you can stroll the river at English Village and do some local shopping, dinning or catch the ferry to the Casino!

Place for rest, fun and ease

This was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I ended up inviting another couple to stay with us. We had our own plenty of space. We enjoyed the morning and evening. meals eating by the pool in the covered eating area. The place was absolutely spotless And came ready for us. I would definitely look at returning on a future trip to Lake Kansas. We loved our time there and enjoy desert storm week and going to Mini opportunities for live music, karaoke, and hiking. We brought our trikes with us for some very enjoyable motorcycle rides. Thanks so much.

Havasu has my heart

The house was so inviting with the open floor plan, the kitchen function was amazing with all the cooking we did. The neighborhood was peaceful and friendly. We spent so much of our time in and around the pool having the best time. Highly recommend everyone should spend time at this amazing home, thank you again to the owners for having an amazing home

Clean and Convenient

This house was so clean and nice. It was really stocked well with towels, including a basket of beach towels for the pool, and a bunch of pool floats and pool games. Everything was comfortable and working, not always true at some places we have rented. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient with friendly neighbors. As we had an extended stay, I appreciated the cleaning supplies avai.

Great house for family get together

Stayed 31 wonderful days in this beautiful house in a great neighborhood. Celebrated Christmas and New Years with family. Enjoyed the balloon festival, classic car show downtown, the flea market , swap meet , golfed, went side by siding and relaxed by the pool. Walked along the London Bridge and took a boat ride across the river to the Casino. Dick Samp park is just a 1/2 mile walk from the house and has 15 pickleball courts . The location and house accommodations were perfect.

We stayed 11 nights at Maxey's place and would absolutely stay again. Great location to lake, shops. The house was extremely clean on arrival. Hosts were very prompt with questions we had. Every thing we needed was there and a quiet neighborhood location. Middle of summer was very hot and the air con worked superbly. The garage space is huge and all usable. Beautifully renovated and couches and beds were super comfy. The outside back area was great and secure for the dog and pool is lovely. We will be booking again next time we come to Havasu. Thank you for a great stay.

Great place to spend quality time with the family!

I must say we had a great time while staying here, plenty of room for all the family. They had all the necessities to make our stay super easy and worry free. The Maxeys are great host and will answer all questions you may have while in Havasu. Thanks again and we will be back soon. Great house

Big house accomadating large families with kids. Super clean well stocked with all your needs, living spaces very big for meals and game nights. Bedrooms very nice beautifully decorated, dressor and closet space for clothes. Nice clean bedding, and matresses. Backyard great with bbq, pool,nice seating, kids had great time in pool, throwing football around, playing games. Kitchen well equipped very clean large fridge and counter space. Parking very spacious. Nice neighborhood safe and quiet very close to stores ,lake , state park area boat rentals,gas station. AC and fans kept house cool. Hosts great on communication and leftbooks all # for anything you need while staying. Our family had a great time 4th year coming to havasu we will rent here again.

Winter get away

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. Your home was very comfortable, clean, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We loved having access to the garage. We didnt use the pool due to the weather, however enjoyed sitting out in the back yard and grilling.

Definitely recommend

This property is perfect for your lake get away. The house is clean, remodeled and the pool was our favorite. We were here during a heat wave and spent most of our time in the pool. The hosts are very friendly and easy to communicate with. This will be the house we choose every time we come to Lake Havasu.
