Newer Built Home/Pool/Hot Tub/Fire Pit/BBQ/Sleeps 10

Make lifetime memories in a newly built home in 2019 that features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, pool/hot tub, BBQ, outdoor TV, lake view and fire pit. Can host 10 people comfortably. 10 min drive to nearest boat ramp and London Bridge (5 miles).

NOTE - RV Garage will have my personal boat and jet skis stored at the home, not to be used. Pool is NOT heated.

Family/full time neighbors, please be respectful, do not make excessive noise, play loud music, keep quiet after hours if outside and drive under 20 MPH as there are kids in area. They will call local police if there are any issues.

Excellent choice with an emphasis on comfort! Open floor plan with plenty of room for adults with children. Not far from the water, grocery store and restaurants. The host was absolutely incredible with communication and accommodation.

Pictures Over Sell - Property Very Sadly Under delivers

First thing to add - we stayed at this property Memorial day weekend of 2024. We were very happy with our stay at that time. In 11Months, the property has taken quite the beating and it’s apparent the owner or management company has done nothing to keep up with repairs. The landscape was not great. The seasonal yellow flowers were EVERYWHERE and blew into the house before we even arrived. The primary bathroom water closet hadNo working light. Several areasConcerned me if a cleaner had been there at all since any prior guest checkout. If someone did clean the property - they need to find someone who takes a little more pride in ensuring guests feel the property is clean. The second guest shower was dirty. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The towel holder was also falling off the wall. The room with 2 bunk beds - each ladder built into the bed is missing steps. The closet door is broken. The primary bedroom door has been severely damaged like someone punched it in. Upon going into the backyard - we found used swim trunks. We reached out to the owner/management company sharing our initial concerns. Things happen. Maybe they didn’t know the damage or lack of cleanliness. All Kenny said was “Thanks for letting me know.” A more professional way to handle this would have been an apology, and sending a handy man, plus someone to reclean the property. We even found clumps of eyelashes in the living room.

Home is very nice and exceeded expectations as the kitchen and living room area were quite large. Pool, hot tub and patio area were well done. Very peaceful, quiet and relaxing.

Quick weekend

The property is accurately portrayed by the listing. It was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our weekend visit. The pool wasn’t warm enough to go in but we did use the jacuzzi. It was perfect.

Clean & comfortable

Very clean, comfortable place to stay. Pool is smaller and not heated but we knew that upfront and enjoyed it a lot - there were only 2 of us most of the time and another couple for a couple of days. All the furniture is comfortable, fire table is awesome and hot tub was nice as well. Host was easy to reach and home is beautiful - would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home!

This home is beautiful! It looks like a staged model home. Great place! Beds were comfortable. TV’s everywhere, including outside in the outdoor entertaining area. Host communicated well and responded quickly. Centrally located, everything we need was within 15 mins. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home. I’d stay here again!
