Feel at home with cozy furniture and desert oasis décor, while enjoying RV &/or boat parking. Nestled on a corner lot with a calming cactus garden, embrace the patio with beautiful sunset views while grillin' with the family. Just 5 min from the brand new Riviera Launch & 12 min from London Bridge & launch ramps, enjoy all that beautiful LHC has to offer. Welcome home!

In between Bedroom 1 & 2 is second full bath with tub
**There is no fencing or gate around the backyard. We are located on a corner lot with no fencing. The backyard has a dining table and two lounge chairs. In the backyard on the pavement you will find a BBQ with utensils. The BBQ is propane. Please let me know if propane is out. The backyard has a lovely cacti garden. Please do not let children run near the cacti as they have sharp prickles. Please enjoy a meal out on the patio looking at the beautiful lake and enjoy the cacti garden as well as the palm tree.
