Peaceful Southside Home 2026 Snowbirds Welcome

Welcome to our slice of paradise in lovely & laid-back Lake Havasu City! Our home is a 3 bed, 2 full bath w/ 1450 sq ft. of relaxation. Feel at home with cozy furniture and desert oasis décor, while enjoying RV &/or boat parking. Nestled on a corner lot with a calming cactus garden, embrace the patio with beautiful sunset views while grillin' with the family. Just 5 min from the brand new Riviera Launch & 12 min from London Bridge & launch ramps, enjoy all that beautiful LHC has to offer. Welcome home!
The space
3 Bedrooms and 2 full baths
Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed - master bath
Bedroom 2- Queen Bed
Bedroom 3- Queen Bed with office desk
In between Bedroom 1 & 2 is second full bath with tub
**There is no fencing or gate around the backyard. We are located on a corner lot with no fencing. The backyard has a dining table and two lounge chairs. In the backyard on the pavement you will find a BBQ with utensils. The BBQ is propane. Please let me know if propane is out. The backyard has a lovely cacti garden. Please do not let children run near the cacti as they have sharp prickles. Please enjoy a meal out on the patio looking at the beautiful lake and enjoy the cacti garden as well as the palm tree.

Fun Spring Break

We had a great time staying at Mollie's home. The property was easy to access, the home was clean and accommodated our family well. It was a pretty easy drive to Cattail Cove boat launch. Thank you Mollie for allowing us to make family memories at your home.

Wonderful stay!!

Great home, wonderful location. Well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and Mollie is a great property manager to work with. The check in time was 2:00,earlier than most which was great as we were then able to enjoy friends all evening!!

This home is Clean and Comfortable. This home is in a quiet neighborhood. The quail and bunny came to visit us every morning. We were there for a funeral so was nice to be in a quiet area and everything we needed was there. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home

Cozy Havasu Getaway

Very nice home on the south side of town. Plenty of parking for a large boat. Three queen beds were very comfortable. Will be back again.

Nice house with great views at the back patio. Patio was a bit of an obstacle course with side walk blocks holding plastic mats all around. Big tripping hazard. Could definitely use some repairs and replacements on some things and cleaning supplies to clean bathrooms. Nothing much was provided in that area.

Great vacation!

The home was very clean and cozy. We had so much room to move around with 4 people. Loved it had everything you would need for cooking and then some 😊 the location was great for shopping and site seeing. We would definitely come back to the same place if we travel here again.
