• No pets allowed

→ Zero tolerance for parties & events. Lake Havasu City takes noise complaints very seriously with short-term rentals, which could result in fines or listing removal. Please respect the neighborhood and house rules.

→ PLEASE NOTE

• Pool is not fenced and may be unsuitable for young children. Guests assume full responsibility and liability for the safety of all children and guests while using the pool.
• Pool maintenance is scheduled every Thursday, but the service team may occasionally come on another day. They will access the backyard as needed to ensure the pool is in top condition.
• This property features 2 exterior security cameras – front and side yard
