We stayed for a full month in January. The home is in a nice, convenient location and it is set up with everything you need to enjoy life away from home. We were there for the hot air balloon festival and it was great to go to the upper deck and watch balloons on the horizon. Plus, it was a relaxing place to see the lake and watch sunsets. The pool and hot tub are nice, but they are not heated. The owner said you can pay extra to have them heated in winter months. We loved all of the outdoor living space with a BBQ and Blackstone Grill. We cooked breakfast several times outdoors, including pancakes on the Blackstone Grill. The hosts were helpful and made us feel at home for our stay.

Reunion space

Our Host was a great communicator. We required 4 rooms for adults. All four rooms were large and each had a bathroom. Covered patio, pool and spa were great. House faces the sun so late afternoons in the pool were out of the sun, a nice perk. Long side drive to keep boat trailer and truck hitched up and out of the street. We will rent this place again.

Very Comfortable Easy Access to Balloon Festival & Town

Home is spacious, well stocked with amenities. Bathrooms for each bedroom. Comfortably beds, lots of blankets, towels etc. Outdoor space is spacious, many relaxing areas, rooftop area allowed for panoramic view of Hot Air Balloons ascension and flight Would stay again..

Excellent rental in Lake Havasu

Our family really enjoyed this comfy, clean & spacious home in Lake Havasu. The house is well stocked with all the necessities+ and has an amazing, resort-like yard. The Hosts were amazing as well!!

Great Property

We have stayed here twice now and will continue to book it if it is available. The home has four bedrooms, and four bathrooms, more than enough room for everyone. It has a well-stocked kitchen, allowing us to cook a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. There was plenty of parking for our trailer, side x sides, as well as several vehicles. The hot tub works every time and heats up very quickly. Can't wait to return!!

This home was awesome. My family had a great time in the pool! From the patio/pool area to the location and view and the clean large rooms everything was 10 out of 10. Great communication from the host, answered text within minutes. We look forward to staying here again!

Very nice, well equipped property

We rented this property for our Christmas vacation get together. There was plenty of room to spread out and to gather. The outdoor space was very nice, the kitchen is well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Everything worked and was easy to locate and use. A perfect home away from home!

Simply stated...we did not want to leave! Everything about this home was more than we could ask for. The homeowners were so welcoming and easy to communicate with, we even had some unexpected things come up that they were able to assist with and if they couldn't help directly they guided us to others who could help so quickly that we didn't have to stress at all. Just wonderful people in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The pool was amazing and so relaxing, no complaints from us! We will definitely stay here again!

Better than expected!

This house was very clean and we found that it was better than the pictures on Vrbo. Pictures were still good but we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Pool was great, plenty of room for some cornhole. ( brought our own boards)

Great Place for multi family adventure

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Location was great for our group with a short drive to town and ramps and College Street Brewing around the corner. House is well equipped with everything needed to enjoy your stay including kitchen. Pool was great and jacuzzi was a nice place to finish off the day. Owners were great about entry codes and other info. Very responsive, but the book left with instructions on everthing was complete as well. Two masters made it nice to give families there own area and enough bathrooms to handle the group. We will absolutely go back this summer as time permits.

Amazing home and relaxxing

For starters, the owner's are very communative, clear and responsive, that is key to having a great time. The house was exactly what we were looking. It was great to have 4 bathrooms and just good open space. Kitchen was well equipped with what was needed to cook with or to hang pool side. We will definitely stay here again and again.

Amazing House
