For both pool & hot tub its $150/day. **Once you have been given access you'll be charged for the duration of your stay.

PARKING: Driveway (5-6 vehicles) (NO STREET OR GARAGE PARKING)

PET FRIENDLY: Max 2 pets ($100/each)
1. Owner must completely clean up after pet - please bring poop bags.
2. Pets are to never be alone inside the property without crate.
3. Pets are not allowed on the furniture - please bring blanket from home (do not use any of our house blankets)

Basic Rules:
At our vacation rental, we like to provide our guests with some useful supplies as a starter pack, which you can use during your stay. You can find the complete instructions for most everything in our Welcome Book. Please also read the full house rules as well located on the listing page in “house rules” section in order to avoid any danger or deductions from your security deposit upon check-out.

No pets allowed on property (No exceptions) $500 fine

IMP: In the rare event that essential utilities are interrupted due to issues with third-party providers, guests who choose to check out early will receive a refund for any unused nights.
