The space
The home is set up to hang out at the lake then come back and jump into the pool. String lights help aluminate the yard for an evening swim or to watch the glow from the fire pit.

For those that want to hang out and relax in the air conditioning there is plenty of seating to watch the big screen tv in the main living area. We have added to fold put couches for increased comfort and extra guests.

The bedrooms have comfortable beds and are lightly decorated, each has a closet to hang you swim suits and park your flip flops.
Guest access
You have access to the entire home and yard space with the exception of the attached garage.

Parking is in the carport alongside the home, also you may park on the opposite side along the garage, parking is also provided in the driveway and there is some street parking as well.
Other things to note
Your located within 1 mile to Lake Havasu Golf Club, Havasu's downtown main street activities, restaurants and social gatherings, and 2.7 miles to the famous London Bridge, and your less than 4 miles to the Windsor State Launch Ramp and the beautiful refreshing water of Lake Havasu and the famous Colorado River
