It's Time to Wine Down and Chillax at our Upscale Villa. 2 king bedrooms 2 bathrooms makes for a awesome relaxation retreat. Resort style very private back yard. Outdoor TV, BBQ and HEATED POOL. Perfect place for total relaxation after a day of fun on the lake. Open concept floor plan, large dining area plus breakfast bar, fully stocked kitchen. TV’s in both bedrooms. Plenty of room to park a boat. just 6 miles to the London Bridge, boat launch, Rotary Park, Channel walkway with plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, boat, jet ski, bikes and kayak rentals at your disposal. Come and enjoy the Fun of Lake Havasu while enjoying relaxing evenings at our Wine Time Villa. See Ya Soon! ($25 extra per day for Pool Heat)

Perfect House

Location was in a nice quiet, friendly area. Back yard is fenced and landscaped beautifully. Pool worked out great to relax in. Used it almost daily. Lots of seating outside to read and play cards.Very comfortable inside. Felt very homey. Will try to get back.

Everything you could want or need!

Perfect for my small family of 3. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Lots of little touches from the owner. She saved me with her little care backage that included a safety pin. Its the little things that really count. Wouldnt think twice about staying here again! A++

Wine Time

First off , the owner Heather , was absolutely wonderful. She addressed the tiny little issue we had immediately. The house is the most comfortable, decorated rental we have ever experienced. The king bed was heaven, and furniture was extremely comfortable, chef kitchen and a wine fridge!! Although weather was iffy, we still enjoyed the heated pool immensely . I absolutely have no complaints. If we ever head back to Arizona, We would definitely rent her home again. 5 star rating is not enough!!!

What a great house! We loved our time there. Quiet neighborhood, but easy access to everything. Very clean, comfortable house with a beautiful and private back heard pool. We’ll definitely be back!

The Wine Villa WOW!!!

Outstanding property. Very easily accessed and exceeded my expectations. Every detail accounted for and very very clean. Pictures don’t do it justice. A great place to take the family to just relax or use as a point to visit from. Highly recommend as a must place to stay. The property is quite, relaxing and away from the hustle of downtown . The pool is perfect for relaxing as there’s plenty of in water seating and Perfect for younger kids. Did not need anything from Host Macy but the few times we did communicate she was quick respond. Don’t miss out this place is classy….! As for me and my family we will return. Thanks Macy your place is great and your eye for style is on point.

Great Place!

House was just as advertised. Really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, well decorated and great amenities. The backyard pool and BBQ were private and perfect size for my wife and I, and a couple of guests that stopped by one night. Would stay here again for sure!

There was really nothing at all that I could complain about. The house had good amount of space on the side and or on the drive for boat parking just as described. House was clean and ready for our stay when we arrived. Very easy checkin adn checkout with great communication. Although we didnt use backyard was very nice setup with grill and pool.
