We checked in Wednesday before Thanksgiving. “A great place to stay with all the amenities for couples and families. Well situated for privacy. Thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub. The hill leading up to the property is a little steep as noted but nothing to be worried about. Could be an issue during icy weather.”

“Convenient. Walkable. Not Like: given poor/wrong directions to room, were not given name or room number, therefore, unable to get into room. No phone number of manager provided. Had to get a phone number from another guest. Had to wait to get a response after many calls and email to manager. No towels in room. Check-in was a bad experience.”

“Communication with owner was slow and frustrating. Room was lacking the very most basic of amenities. No TV in the room or anywhere in the house, no soap in the bathroom except a commercial hand soap dispenser at the sink and an ancient bottle of VO5 shampoo. Bed was awful. No coffee at the Keurig. Couldn’t wait to leave.”
