“Absolutely loved the house — very clean and comfy. Only minor glitches were the lack of a handrail on a portion of the stairs, a rather high step getting into the house, and part of the backyard fence was down. The high step and handrail thing required the elders in our group (77 and 98) to be assisted when going up or down, but there were plenty of willing helpers so easily overcome. There were 2 sets of laundry rooms, a refrigerator in each room, the bathroom are all updates and beautiful. Four minutes to downtown Gainesville was nice for going out to eat and activities. “Picture perfect townhouse in a quiet, hoa community. Five minute walk or 2 minute drive to nearest restaurants and spas. Even more conveniences within 5-10 minute drive. Host began instantly communicating at booking and upon arrival. Remained available to communicate during visit and after check-out to answer questions. ”
