“The Cozy Cottage in the lake was as advertised. So comfortable and stress free. A wonderful 3 nights. Close enough for a quick run to the market for supplies, but feels a million miles away. Great view of sunrise. Peaceful cove, nice dock, and comfortable for our group of 5.”

“We were in town for a rowing event at Lake Lanier. The house was clean, comfortable and well-appointed, with great open spaces for our large family to gather and hang out. The weather unfortunately did not allow us to enjoy the awesome outside space and lakefront dock as much as we would have liked, though we did enjoy the lake view at least! Highly recommend - we would definitely book another stay at this property the next time we are back in town.”

“This home worked perfect for our group. Total of nine occupants. Six adults, three children under six. The location gives you that remote lake atmosphere but if a grocery run, shopping, or wanting to eat out is desired, your within ten minutes of about anything.”

“Our family and guest enjoyed a wonderful vacation on Lake Lanier. The house was beautiful and accommodated our large family comfortably. Each floor had a sitting area so we could spread out at night and play games and talk. The kitchen was spacious and easy to move around and cook our meals. The hot water dispenser in the kitchen was handy to speed the water for pasta to cook quickly. The double oven made baking a breeze. Our hosts were easy to contact and had lots of “extras” around the house....

“We wanted a short getaway to the lake, we needed a private dock for our boat and this house didn’t disappoint! The house is very cute, with plenty of room for all of us to hang out. The upstairs room with the pool table was tons of fun, as well as the ping pong table outside near the pool and hut tub. We cooked all our meals at the house, kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed. There is shopping near by as well as a variety of restaurants if you want to eat out. Great location!...

“The house is beautiful, spacious and had all the amenities that you need. Even on the rainy day, we had the opportunity to play pool on the lower level, darts on the main floor and cards on the 2nd floor. It has a wonderful kitchen that was well stocked with everything you needed to cook a wonderful meal. There are 3 decks that were wonderful for enjoying the beautiful evenings. “So clean and comfortable. Beds were just right. As soon as we walked in, we could smell that it was just cleaned. No shoes allowed inside means the floors are spic and span. Foosball and air hockey were a hit for all. We brought our boat and docked outside the floating boat house. They have cleats there and the walk down the hill is easy. “Communication with the Manager was EXCELLENT! She was quick to respond to every question, very much appreciated. Property was as described and very nice. Beds were comfortable too. Driveway is quite steep and there is little room to turn around if you have 2 or more vehicles of any size in your party as I did. Nothing can be done about this, just something to bear in mind. The only negative was with the electronic basketball and driving games. I was going to entertain my 3 year old...
