“Rooms left a lot to be desired. Floors were dirty. Walking from the bath to the bed, barefoot, the bottoms of our feet were black. Hot water was non-existent the night we arrived, however there was plenty the following morning. We bought towels at the Dollar General, so we would have decent towels. Rooms are noisy and neighbors can be heard easily. We won't be back.”

“Staff was made aware that the door to my room didnt lock and that the keypad didnt work, so basically my door was just unlocked all the time. Anyone could have just walked right in at any time. I was told basically that theres nothing they could do and that there were no other rooms to move me to until the day before i check out. Ive been here for three days already without a functioning lock on my door. ”

“The lady Sue at the front desk was not very attentive while I was checking in was on the phone for a long time while I stood and waited and then when she got off the phone the phone runs again and she got back on the phone as if I was not standing there”

“There were roaches EVERYWHERE!!!! The original room we were booked in didn’t have a refrigerator, was a smoking room (we booked nonsmoking) smelled like a bar had burn marks everywhere. Talked with front office about getting moved to a different room offered to “upgrade us free” because the fridge rooms were $7 more…. We were moved into ANOTHER smoking room the fridge wasn’t working the microwave looked almost brand new inside and the bathroom was covered in roaches, piss stains, the shower was...

“Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. The room smelled strongly of some kind of fume smell there were bugs on the floor and they also say you have to supply...

“We stayed here last year and thought it was great value for the price. So when we were returning it was natural to stay here again. This time it wasn't as good, very sloppy service at reception and the clientele made us feel quite unsafe. Nothing noteworthy happened. ”
