“This was a very nice new construction home for my wife and I. The home was very neat, clean and well stocked for a rental with all the basics. The one thing that we suspected from the pictures was confirmed when we arrive; this is a studio layout. By that I mean the one bed is located in the living room and open to kitchen and front foyer. “Our party totaled six people, including 2 very young children. We rented both apts...upper and lower, which was necessary for us as we needed at least 3 BRs. This house fit the bill perfectly, with 2 BRs in each apt. If you need a place that's super clean with plenty of room, this is it. Although the property is VERY close to Rt 9, the fenced side yard was good for the kids and lounging around a campfire.
